These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our apps and web services. Intentional violation of our Terms of Service, or repeated accidental violations, will result in fines of $10,000 per violation, or the maximum allowed under local laws.

IS LLC is based in California, USA, and these terms are governed by California law. Users around the world are subject to these terms but must comply with California law while using our services.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights in the apps and web properties developed by IS LLC belong to us, except where third-party rights are acknowledged. Users may produce content within our platforms, which we can use, but the content will be attributed to the user.

User Content and Conduct

Users are free to create content, provided it does not violate California law. We reserve the right to request modification or removal of content that is damaging to our platforms. Users must not submit false information; doing so may lead to suspension or removal from our services.

Refund Policy

If a satisfactory resolution is not reached after contacting customer service, refunds may be issued within 14 days of agreement to these terms, provided there are technical or feasibility issues preventing service use.

Data Deletion

Users can request data deletion via a form located below our Privacy Policy from the link at the bottom of this page. Deletion will occur within 30 days if the data can be identified.

Maintenance and Downtime

Occasional maintenance and downtime are necessary for optimal service. This may occur during low-activity periods or urgently due to security issues or third-party outages. We do not guarantee continuous uptime.

Compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

Our apps are not designed for children but do not contain inherently adult content. Users under the age of 13 must seek parental approval before using our services. Submitting incorrect age information may result in suspension or removal from our services.
